Terms and Conditions
We aim to treat all of our customers as we would like to be treated and we would like to keep these terms and conditions as simple as possible for you. Your statutory rights covered by the Consumer Protection Law are not affected by anything here.
To order products from this website you must be aged 18 years or above.
Communication
We will automatically confirm receipt of your order and an estimated dispatch date by email. We will contact you if there are any issues regarding your order. We may also communicate with you occasionally to make you aware of any latest news or special offers that we may have. If you would like not to receive these communications then please let us know.
Payment
Through the website we accept immediate payment using Paypal and by Credit or Debit Card. If you would like pay by bank transfer or cheque we are happy to accept payment this way, just contact us directly to arrange this. (Orders will not be dispatched until the payment has been cleared.)
Supply of goods
When you purchase goods from us we aim to dispatch the same working day for any orders placed before 3pm. We aim to have the stock levels as accurate as possible on the website, but in the unlikely event that we cannot dispatch your order with the stock we have at hand, we will contact you and give you an estimate of delivery time and the option of splitting your order or of receiving a refund.We make every effort to describe the goods accurately on the website, however colours may not always appear the same as in the photos online. It is advisable to check prior to placing an order for ongoing use of the same product, as no guarantee can be given for availability or exact colour matches.
All of our fabrics are priced by the half meter. Fabrics will be supplied to you in one continuous length so if for instance you order a quantity of 2 this will equal 1 meter of fabric and will be supplied to you in one continuous length.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund on fabrics or trimmings which have been cut to a specific measurement unless damaged or faulty. If the goods purchased from us are faulty or defective in any way then you have the choice, we will either replace them or will refund you on the goods being received back and checked by us. However, all goods are 100% checked before dispatch to avoid this happening.
- All costs related to postage for returns will be borne by the buyer unless goods supplied were faulty. In such case the supplier shall be responsible.
- When returning goods, the buyer must inform the supplier prior to dispatching the goods.
- On receipt of the goods we shall initiate a refund or replacement.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
- We must be notified within 7 days of receipt if goods are damaged or faulty in order to receive a refund/replacement.
Cancellation of Order
To cancel your order please contact us on (01702) 344955. Unless cancellation takes place within 30 minutes of your order after 9am your order cannot be stopped. If you need to amend or cancel an order not during our opening hours please email us at info@kayestextiles.co.uk or please phone us and leave a phone message and we will contact you ASAP.

How Do I Return by Post?
Once your return has been authorised you can return items to us via Royal Mail. Please ensure that you repackage the goods into the original packaging enclosing all relevant paperwork and that you obtain a Proof of Posting. Please retain your Proof of Posting until you have received your refund.

Out of Stock Items
While every effort is made to ensure that the stock on the website reflects the actual levels we have available for sale, sometimes we may not have the item you have paid for on the website. If the fabric is low on stock or a remnant then we will refund you for that item and dispatch your order without delay. Otherwise we will contact you to resolve the issue with the lack of stock and will offer an alternative or a refund. We will place your order on hold while we wait to hear from you.
